Two-Bedroom Granny Flat Investment Project: Kuttabul Rd, Wadalba, NSW
This two-bedroom granny flat, located in Wadalba on the Central Coast, was built for local investors aiming to create a dual rental income on their property, where they reside in the main house. We used our popular Woy Woy 2-bedroom floor plan, designed for both functionality and comfort. The build had great side access, and while there was a slight slope that required deeper edge beams, the site presented minimal challenges. This allowed us to complete the project smoothly, efficiently, and even ahead of schedule.
