Project Details
The interior layout of this two-bedroom granny flat is a customised version of our standard floor plan, The Empire Bay. This bespoke design includes an open-plan kitchen and living area, private bedrooms, office spaces, a bathroom, a separate laundry, and a single garage—perfect for both investors and families.
The project was constructed to meet bushfire standard BAL 29, the highest BAL category permitted for granny flats.
