  • Plumber to complete water and gas rough-in along with stormwater, downpipes and any other external connections.
  • Electrical and AC rough-ins.
  • Carpenter pre-sheet frame checks.
  • Site clean.
  • Supervisor completes frame, rough-in and lock up stage quality control checks prior to linings.

WEEK 6

  • Wall and ceiling insulation.
  • Plasterboard linings.

WEEK 7

  • Waterproofing over concrete substrate to comply with AS3740:2021.
  • Tilers sand and cement screed.

WEEK 8

  • Waterproofing over sand and cement screed for additional quality assurance and extended warranty on waterproofing membrane.

  • External painting.

WEEK 9

  • Floor tiling and grouting.
  • Laundry tub installation.
  • Vanity, kitchen and laundry joinery installation.
  • Fix out, consisting of doors, architraves, skirting and wardrobe reveals.
  • Stone bench top check measure.

WEEK 10

  • Wall tiling and grouting.
  • Wardrobe, linen, shower screen and mirror check measures.
  • New meters and main switchboard upgrades.

WEEK 11

  • Painter applies internal sealer coat.
  • Pre-paint checks by supervisor to light standard.
  • Plasterers rectify any minor omissions identified by site supervisor prior to painting.
  • Painter to re-seal patches plasterer patched.
  • Start internal painting

WEEK 12

  • Finish internal painting excluding last coats to main areas.
  • Stone bench top installation.

WEEK 13

  • Kitchen splash back tiling and grouting.
  • Electrical fit off, test and commission.
  • Plumbing fit-off, test and commission.
  • AC fit-off, test and commission.
  • Wardrobes and linen joinery installation.

WEEK 14
