Granny Flat Investment Project: Woy Woy Central Coast

We recently demolished a garage and built a new Garage and Granny Flat for some homeowners in Woy Woy on The Central Coast. The purpose of this build was to provide the owner with a new garage and granny flat at the rear for family, friends or Airbnb.

Given the attention to detail and how this project has been finished, we anticipated this Granny Flat would get a rental return of $400 per week.
